ACCESSIBILITY
The GRAMMY Museum is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California accessibility mandates. We provide a range of accommodations for visitors with disabilities and special needs because your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are important to us.
Wheelchairs
A manual wheelchair is available free of charge to paid Museum visitors. If you’re interested in using a wheelchair, please contact a staff member upon your arrival. Visitors must leave a photo ID while borrowing the wheelchair.
Accessible / Disabled Seating
Accessible/Disabled seating is available in the Clive Davis Theater. If you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact a staff member upon your arrival or email security@grammymuseum.org prior to your visit.
Service Animals / Guide Dogs
The GRAMMY Museum welcomes service animals. We strongly suggest that the individual has proof of certification or a license for the service animal upon attendance.
Certified Autism Center™
The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards has designated the GRAMMY Museum as a Certified Autism Center™. This designation demonstrates the museum’s commitment to better serve individuals on the autism spectrum. The GRAMMY Museum is the first destination to become a CAC in Los Angeles County and the first museum certified in California.
Assistive Listening Devices
The GRAMMY Museum offers handheld listening devices to assist persons with partial hearing loss during live performances and films presented in the Clive Davis Theater. The units are available free of charge to paid Museum visitors. If you’re interested in using a listening device, please contact a staff member upon your arrival. Visitors must leave a photo ID while borrowing the listening device. If possible, please give us 24 hours’ notice prior to your arrival.
Disabled Parking
Designated parking is available for visitors with disabilities in both the East and West garages. These spaces are available for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate. Disabled parking spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly. Please refer to the Parking Section of this website for maps, directions and more information.
Restrooms
All restrooms facilities at the GRAMMY Museum are handicap-accessible. In addition, our second floor men’s and women’s restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.
Elevators
The GRAMMY Museum is equipped with three elevators that serves all levels of the Museum.
