The GRAMMY Museum is committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Guests are expected to follow the guidelines below.

In accordance with Los Angeles County Guidelines, face masks are not required but strongly recommended for visitors

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY
GRAMMY Museum staff have been trained to assist when necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests. Guests are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest team member.
Guests who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be asked to leave the Museum.
Please ask for a Supervisor or Manager to address additional concerns. For the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests, Management reserves the right to approve, adjust, or enforce museum policy at their discretion.

Member reservations and member-only access
While advanced reservations to visit the Museum are not required starting Wednesday, June 30, it is still recommended that members reserve tickets in advance.
To do so, members must first login on the reservation page to access tickets. If you are having difficulty logging in or to verify, renew, or upgrade your membership, please contact membership@grammymuseum.org. For additional assistance, or to make your reservation over the phone, please call 213.725.5700
Members are also welcome to visit the Museum during our hours of operation without a reservation, but please note that admittance may be limited if the Museum is at or near capacity. For most programs, face masks are not required but strongly recommended for guests. However, please check the program information page for the event specific requirements.
I'm part of the vulnerable population. How do I reserve my special hours ticket?
The Museum is excited to be able to offer exclusive gallery hours to vulnerable populations. To find out more information and reserve your tickets, please contact a member of our Guest Services team at 213.725.5700
Where and how will I enter the building?
Guests will enter the building through the Museum’s main entrance located on South Figueroa Street. Upon arrival, visitors will be required to present their printed or digital copy pre-reserved tickets to be scanned.
Wayfinding signage and staff will assist visitors in navigating their museum experience. Please note that all guests will enter through a metal detector and no large bags will be allowed.

What if I’m late or miss my ticketed entry time?
Due to the limited occupancy required at this time, we ask guests to please adhere to the entry time on their tickets. If guests arrive 30 minutes later than the scheduled arrival time, those tickets may be moved to the next available tour time or may be rescheduled for a different day. If you need help rescheduling tickets or have questions about your visit, please call us at 213.725.5700 or email us at guestservices@grammymuseum.org.
Is my ticket valid all day? Am I able to leave and return?
Tickets are valid for two hours from the entry time listed on the ticket. If a guest needs more time, please speak with a Guest Services associate to confirm availability. Not all requests may be accommodated due to the number of tickets sold and current occupancy guidelines.
Bag Check
Bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags, fanny packs, and camera bags are not allowed.
Small clutches and wallets smaller than 5” x 9” x 1” are permitted and are subject to security inspection.
Medical and parental bags smaller than 14” x 14” x 6” are required to go through security inspection.
What areas of the Museum will remain closed?
The Patron’s Lounge will remain closed until further notice.
How will I interact with the Museum surfaces and interactives?
Upon entry, all guests will receive a complimentary stylus to use on interactives that they may take with them after their visit. Additionally, cleaning stations have been installed throughout the Museum. Cleaning stations will include hand sanitizer, tissues, disinfecting wipes.

The GRAMMY Museum is taking every precaution to protect the wellbeing of our visitors and staff. Please understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or area of assembly. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to health experts, senior citizens, and guests with previous medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By entering the GRAMMY Museum, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses.

MUSEUM AT HOME
In addition to on-site visitation, the GRAMMY Museum will continue to lead in the virtual realm through our GRAMMY Museum At Home virtual museum. Connect with the Museum while social-distancing protocols remain in place, and visit our online portal to access an abundance of online GRAMMY In The Schools Mini-Lessons, digital exhibits from our archives, and new Public Programs with artists and music creators.
